Monday - FOREST LAKES (BOOTCAMP)

Start your week off right with a 45 minute bootcamp-style workout at Hollymead Elementary in Albemarle County, VA.  Beginning promptly at 5:30 AM.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water


TUESDAY - IVY (BOOTCAMP)

45 minute bootcamp-style workout at Murray Elementary in Ivy, VA.  Beginning promptly at 5:30 AM.  Meet at the front parking lot near Morgantown Road.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water


THURSDAY - UVA (RUN)

45 minute interval (and strength) training on the UVA track, utilizing both the 400m oval and the 524m (~ 1/3 mile) outer loop. Instead of resting in between runs, you will build your core and extremity strength. All abilities welcome, including NON-RUNNERS. Begins promptly at 5:30 AM.


Friday - JAG SChool (MURPH)

On the last Friday of every month, we make an effort to complete the Murph Challenge (in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy).  Meet at the parking lot by the North Grounds Softball, take the steps to the back of the JAG school.  Weight vest is optional. Starts at 5:30 AM.


SATURDAY - IVY (BOOTCAMP)

60 minute bootcamp-style workout at Meriwether Lewis School (MLS) in Ivy, VA.  Beginning promptly at 6:30 AM.  Meet at the front parking lot near the baseball field.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water 


Monday - CHARLOTTESVILLE (BOOTCAMP)

Start your week off right with a 45 minute bootcamp-style workout at the East end of the Downtown Mall (park by the City Hall Annex).  Beginning promptly at 5:30 AM.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water


WEdnesday - Charlottesville (BOOTCAMP)

45 minute bootcamp-style workout at Washington Park near downtown Charlottesville, VA.  Beginning promptly at 5:30 AM.  Meet at the lower parking lot where Preston Ave. and Madison Ave. intersect.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water


THURS - Charlottesville (Q-Source)

Q Source is F3’s leadership development program, structured over a year. Meet up with your guy friends at Random Row Brewing Co. (608 Preston Ave.) Thurs each week at 7:00 PM (followed by beers and guys night)


SATURDAY - Charlottesville (BOOTCAMP)

60 minute bootcamp-style workout at Washington Park near downtown Charlottesville, VA.  Beginning promptly at 6:30 AM.  Meet at the lower parking lot where Preston Ave. and Madison Ave. intersect.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water

Start your week off right with a 45 minute bootcamp-style workout at the Skate Park (McIntire) in Charlottesville, VA (park across the pedestrian bridge). Beginning promptly at 5:30 AM. No experience necessary. Bring work gloves and water


WEdnesday - UVA (BOOTCAMP)

45 minute bootcamp-style workout at the Rotunda (Rugby-side, by Jefferson’s statue). Beginning promptly at 5:30 AM.  No experience necessary.  Bring work gloves and water. When else do you get the chance to work out at a World Heritage Site?


THURS - Charlottesville (GUYS NIGHT)

In the spirit of achieving caloric equilibrium and rewarding yourself a bit for all the hard work you put in during the week, meet up with your guy friends at Random Row Brewing Co. (608 Preston Ave.) Thurs each week at 8:15 PM


SATURDAY - Charlottesville (BOOTCAMP)

60 minute bootcamp-style workout at IX Art Park near downtown Charlottesville, VA.  Beginning promptly at 6:30 AM.  Meet in the parking lot between the buildings on the north (3 Notch’d, America Sake) and south (Brazos Tacos)
