Most workouts start at 5:30 AM and wrap in 45 to 60 minutes. Choose a day below to narrow the list or leave it on "All" workouts.

Connection matters as much as cadence.

F3 Charlottesville includes weekday coffees, happy hours, lunches, dinners, trail runs, volunteer events, and conversations that keep going long after the workout ends.

F3 Charlottesville regularly shows up for local nonprofits, food drives, neighborhood support, and practical needs inside our own circle. Service is not a side project. It is part of the culture.

When a man in the region needs help moving, meals, prayer, manpower, or a push, somebody from the F3 Charlottesville group is ready to answer the call.

How to show up for your first workout.

You do not need to be in shape, know anybody, or understand the jargon. Just show up a few minutes early, tell a guy it is your first workout, and follow along at your own pace.

Wear workout clothes, bring water and gloves, and expect to be outside the full time.

We call you an FNG, short for Friendly New Guy. Somebody will take it from there.

The Circle of Trust closes every workout and helps you get connected quickly.

In F3, the Q is the man leading the workout. Effective leadership starts with preparation, accountability, and bringing energy without making the workout about yourself.

  • Start and finish on time. No exceptions.
  • Plan the workout, then scale it for every fitness level.
  • Demonstrate movements clearly and keep the group moving.
  • Protect the culture: welcome new guys, encourage guys lagging behind, and close in COT.
